Payments and Insurance Information

Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental health care, we are concerned with making it affordable for you. One way we accomplish this is by eliminating costly billing services and by requesting payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, checks and cash.

Dental Insurance

Our insurance coordinators are very experienced at dealing with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental plans. These companies can change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles many times throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we will submit necessary pre-determination and claim forms, and other information to your insurance company. We are happy to cooperate with you and your insurance carrier to insure that you receive maximum reimbursement for your procedures. Pre-determinations give an estimate of what the insurance company will pay toward the needed procedure. It is important to remember that your carrier’s contract is with you or your employer, not our office. We cannot guarantee your coverage or benefits. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.

Payment Options Available

Our doctor(s) and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. Our financial coordinator will work with you, making sure every patient is comfortable with their financial arrangement. Since some procedures may require more flexible options, our staff will arrange a payment schedule that meets your budget. Outside Financing is available for those who would prefer an extended payment plan. Please ask our treatment coordinator or our office manager about the financial arrangement that best suits your needs.
