Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental health care, we are concerned with making it affordable for you. One way we accomplish this is by eliminating costly billing services and by requesting payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, checks, and cash.
Dental Insurance
Our insurance coordinator, Ana, has experience working with a variety of insuance companies. Many companies offer different dental plans, and because these plans are constantly changing with regards to available benefits, deductibles, and copays, it can be quite a task to keep up with these changes. We will always do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimates possible based on the information the insurance provider makes available to us.
If you have a dental benefit plan, we will – as a courtesy to you – submit the necessary predetermination, claims, and other required information to your insurance carrier.
We will happily work with you and your insurance provider to make sure that you receive the maximum reimbursement for your procedures. The predetermination allows us to receive an estimate of what your insurance company will pay toward the procedure you need.
Please keep in mind that the insurance company’s contract is not with our office – it is with you or your employer. We are unable to guarantee your coverage or your benefits. We do ask that, as a courtesy, you keep us informed of changes to your insurance plan. Please keep the information provided to our office about you and insurance current.

We also recognize that some procedures do require flexible options, and we can discuss payment plans to help you fit necessary treatment into your budget. We can also work with third-party financing options if you need an extended payment plan.
