After dental school, each of our doctors completed up to four years of specialized training in advanced solutions including dental implants. As periodontists, we have qualifications beyond many other dental practitioners. Using the CHROME GuidedSMILE™ system, we’re able to perform guided implant surgery for predictable, customized results in the form of a beautiful smile. What’s involved in placement? For individual implants, we insert one titanium post for each of your missing teeth into your jaw. For full arch solutions, we can use as few as four posts per arch. We then restore the implants with a sturdy temporary prosthetic that will enable you to eat and speak normally almost right away. You’ll receive your final prosthesis at a subsequent visit, usually several months later, after the insertion sites have fully healed.

We also perform tooth extractions on decayed teeth to clear space for your implants, generally during the same appointment as placement.
